The staff is very kind, the rooms are comfortable and have air conditioned and the hotel is very near to the central station and touristic places.
Tha only problem that we had was with the changement of towels and the cleaning of the bathroom.

Well poor value for the money. It was a tiny room on an old building. The area is good for access but a bit dodgy. Staff ok nothing special.

the location is very good - close to the termini station which connects to lots of places. it is also very close to rome old city and the arena.
the room is so tiny - with two persons you can hardly turn. facility is not very limited. room seems not very clean. the cost is not low given the experience with this hotel.

Location is very good. The staff is very helpful. I want to thank Monica who helped to learn Rome sights better. And additional thanks to Natalia who does her best to make guests comfortable during breakfasts and maintains high level of cleanliness of the rooms.
Stella elsa comprises of several rooms in living houses. Reception, breakfast and internet facilities are located in Hollywood hotel and it is not convinient to get there every time you need. We got the room on the 3rd floor. These rooms have shared kitchen and a balcony for smokers. So every smell and every sound was highly discerned in our room. This was the reason why we asked to move us from stella to hollywood. Our request was kindly granted for additional money.

Location is good. Central station is very close, a lot of hotels, restaurants and shops are around. The hotel is also pretty close to main sights. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fine too. Very convinient place for the money paid and way better than most cheap hotels we stayed.
There were some problems with a bathroom and heater didn't work. Anyhow we would stay in the hotel again.

I liked a terrace on the roof, it was the best feature, but not everyoneis getting that. the location was good- 5 min.walk from termini station
the shared bathroom was a bit inconvenient, I think it should have been cleaned more often

Everything from staff to location and amenities. Management was awesome and tried to accomodate every need we had. I recommended to anybody that wants something close to the terminal and moderate price.

The young man who checked us in was nice. The location to Termini was good. The young woman who made the cappucino in the morning was sweet.
The woman who checked us out was nasty. The room was absolutely filthy - we had to put shoes on to walk from the bathroom to the bed because our feet turned black. There was a horrible smell. The elevator, with the graffi on the door, was very shakey - I mean it physically shook. Not worth the good rate..
